In 2010 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the National Aviation Academy (NAA), Baku (Azerbaijan).
In 2011 he enrolled at the Doctoral program of the National Aviation Academy with a degree in "International law, human rights."
In 2014, the dissertation council DF.06.011, operated by the National Aviation Academy at "Azerbaijan Airlines", defended his thesis on the topic: "Theoretical and practical problems of "freedoms of the air" in international air law." Awarded the academic degree of candidate of legal sciences (PH.D.).
Gives a special course "International air law" and "International space law". He is researching topical issues of international air and space law.
On December 1, 2012 he reported on the topic "Theoretical and practical problems "air of freedom" in the international air law" at the International Symposium "Problems in the international civil and military aviation law", organized by the University "Ozyegin", Istanbul (Turkey).
Leads scientific discussions with experts of the Institute of Air and Space Law of the University of Cologne (Germany) and the Institute of Air and Space Law at Leiden University (Netherlands).
Based on the order of the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev on 01.31.2015 he was awarded the Presidential Award for Youth, for achievements in the field of science and education. He was awarded a diploma, a certificate and a badge.
On March 25, 2015 he reported on "Current problems related to freedom of the air in the air right" at the conference "Freedom of air in the International air law", organized by the University School of Law "Ozyegin", Istanbul (Turkey).
