On April 25, 2017, the Institute of Air and Space Law of AEROHELP was issued Certificate No. 29 on accreditation by the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). The annex to the Certificate is the List of additional professional programs in the areas of training (a total of 24 programs), the implementation of which is expected in partnership with the IAC.
The first example of such cooperation was a seminar on "International Aviation Financing and Leasing Law" successfully held on April 25, 2017 in the conference hall in the IAC building. The lead speaker at the seminar was the Expert of the AEROHELP Institute in the field of aviation finance and leasing law, Doctor of Law, Professor Patrick Honnebier (Netherlands).
The accreditation by the Interstate Aviation Committee means the recognition of the compliance of the Non-state educational private private institution of the additional professional education "Institute of Air and Space Law "AEROHELP" with the high standards that the IAC provides to educational organizations.The format of cooperation between the accredited educational organization and the IAC presupposes activities aimed at raising the level of professional knowledge and legal culture of employees both state authorities and the aviation branch organizations of the States Parties to the interstate Agreement on Civil Aviation and Use of Airspace (Minsk, December 12-25, 1991).
