Creating a Supportive Legal Environment for International Air Transport & Airport (5 December 2018, Shanghai, China)
Shanghai is one of the most highly developed cities with respect to aviation. In recent years, Shanghai has made tremendous strides in fields like aeronautical manufacturing, air transport, multimodal transport, general aviation, airport construction, aviation finance, insurance and legal services.
In order to provide better service to the development of Shanghai aviation economy, and also to share experience, promote good practice and exchange knowledge of air law from diverse perspectives and jurisdictions, East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) and Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC) have joined forces with the International Institute of Air and Space Law (IIASL), Leiden University, The Netherlands, to host the 2018 Shanghai International Air Law Forum on 5 December 2018 (Wednesday) in Shanghai, China. The forum is supported by Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Business Park and will be co-organised by ECUPL School of International Law and Shanghai International Aviation Court of Arbitration (SHIACA) in the city centre of Shanghai.
