In 2000, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Altai State University in the specialty "Jurisprudence".
From 2002 to 2015 – Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of Civil and Criminal Law at the Civil Aviation Academy and then at St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation (SPSU CA).
From 1996 to 2000 – worked as Investigator on Service in Internal Affairs Department in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region office.
From 2000 to present time she is an attorney, the Head of the Kirov Attorney Consultation at St. Petersburg Specialized College of Attorneys.
