In 2004 graduated from the Law Faculty of Academy of Civil Aviation (now – St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation).
In 2007 defended her thesis on “Charity in the field of culture: organizational and pedagogical aspects” at St.Petersburg State University of Culture and Art.
From September 13, 2005 to June 9, 2007 were retraining at the Law Faculty of St.Petersburg State University on program “Tax Agent School”.
From November 7, 2006 to December 1, 2006 were improving her qualification at St.Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering on “Product, works and services procurement management for state and municipal requirements”.
From February 17 to February 22, 2012 completed a short-term advanced training on “Modern legal department management technologies” at the Centre of Professional Development “Russian Management School”.
In April 2013 completed an advanced course on “Current problems of state and municipal administration” at the North-West Institute of Management branch of RANEPA.
In 2013 improved her qualification at the Interregional Academy of Advanced Training (Penza) on “Contracting procurement of products, works and services for meeting state and municipal requirements”.
From December 9 to December 20, 2013 completed an advanced course on “State and municipal procurement management” at the Moscow State Technical University of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (MSTU MIREA).
In June 2014 got a professional retraining degree on “Manager of High Qualification. Accounting for Non-Profit Organizations” at St.Petersburg University of Management and Economics.
From October 16, 2014 to December 10, 2014 completed a professional retraining course at the North-West branch of Russian State University of Justice on program “Justice of the Peace at the legal system”.
From 2004 to 2009 was a part-time hourly paid Lecturer at the Management and Culture Economy Department of St.Petersburg State University of Culture and Art (lectured science of law, labor law, civil law, legal regulation in the field of culture, ownership of intellectual property).
In 2005-2007 lectured the Theory of State and Law for full-time education students of the Law Department of St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
In 2007-2012 under the civil law and teaching services contract lectured the Tax Law for students studying in the specialty “Jurisprudence” of the part-time department of St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
From November, 2011 till June, 2012 was a part-time Associate Professor of the Transport Law Department of St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
From September 30, 2013 till February, 2014 under the civil law contract lectured the Federal Legislative Act 44-ФЗ at the Urban Centre of Further Vocational Education (Moscow).
From February 1, 2017 under the civil law contract was a lecturer at the North-West branch of Russian State University of Justice.
From 2017 till now works at the Institute of Further Vocational Education of St.Petersburg University of Management and Economics (Federal Legislative Act 44-ФЗ Lecturer) and lectures the Science of Law at the School of Economics and Law.
From October, 2003 to February, 2009 – legal adviser of the Academy of Civil Aviation (from 2005 – St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation).
From February, 2009 to April, 2012 – the Head of Law Department of St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
From 2006 till April, 2012 was occupied with complex legal coverage of order placement for product (works, services) purchasing for St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. From 2009 till April, 2012 was the Chairman of the Auction, Quotation and Tender Committee of the Higher Institution.
From May, 2012 till February, 2014 – Judge Assistant of Leningrad Regional Court. Besides performing the functions of Judge Assistant, was involved in the Auction, Quotation and Tender Committee work (of Leningrad Regional Court).
From February 11, 2014 till January 31, 2017 – Justice of the Peace of Vsevolzhskiy Region, Leningrad Oblast’ at the judicial district №17.
From February 1, 2017 – retired Justice of the Peace due to expiration of three year term of office.
