Graduate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece).

He is a holder of a Master Degree (LL.M.) in advanced Studies in Air & Space Law from the Institute of Air & Space Law of the University of Leiden (Netherlands).

He is a holder of a Master Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Southampton (UK).

He is a holder of the International Law Diploma from International Air Transport Association (IATA).

教学活动: 

Regular training instructor for Airport employees on basic elements of Public and Private Air Law.

其他活动: 

His is a legal counselor for Athens International Airport and his practice involves exairport charges, regulatory and liability issues, EU competition issues, PRM, ground-handling, airport/airline relations and complex airport projects.

Also his practice includes in and out of Court representation and extensive experience on procurement issues and concession agreements. 

Member of the Airports Council International (ACI) Europe Ground-Handling Task Force.

Member of the European Air Law Association (EALA).

Member of the World Airport Lawyers Association (WALA).

Member of the Hellenic Aviation Society.

Member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL).

Member of the International Board of Review of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition (for years 2016 and 2017), organized by the Sarin Memorial Legal Aid Foundation (India) and the International Institute of Air and Space Law at Leiden University (Netherlands).
