From 8 to 12 August 2016 in recently equipped classroom at AEROHELP Institute in St. Petersburg was held the further vocational training on advanced training program "Work organization of the production and dispatch service of enterprise" The course was conducted by an expert of the Institute on Airport activity Sergey Murashkin.
The course includes the study of the requirements of international regulations governing the management of the airport and its major manufacturing processes. Students received an information about different types of airport capacity, got acquainted, how to evaluate and calculate the dynamic airport capacity, how to make a flight schedule for generate the navigation season or for a day, taking into account the declared capacity. Students also got acquainted with the basic principles of planning and airport management to implement the daily flight plan, learnt the basic requirements of Eurocontrol advanced technology for collaborative decision making (CDM-A), and examples of its implementation in the largest airports in Europe. Students also received basic information about the IATA requirements for the organization of ground handling at the airports, the IATA standard agreements for ground handling (SGHA) and quality (SLA) services provided. Students were also given the basic principles of automation of airport industrial activity, as well as the organization of mass and custom events at the airports that may be the most important in the preparation of the airports to receive the participants of the upcoming World Cup.
