December 18, 2015 the Director of Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP Oleg Aksamentov held a public lecture for postgraduate students on topical issues of air private law by the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Ulyanovsk State University Professor Sergey Morozov.
During the lecture were considered such different issues as relevant sources of air law civil legislation of the Russian Federation, the nature of relationship, which appears by using airspace, using of civil aviation for business purposes (commercial civil aviation), the nature of private definitions of air law and some other issues .
