International Air Law Moot Court

The Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP is happy to announce the Fourth edition of the International Air Law Moot Court Competition, which will be held on the Beijing Institute of Technology (Jiaxing) from 2 to 4 November, 2026. This year Competition is being organised in collaboration with the School of Global Governance (SGG) at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). During the first two days, on 2-3 November, the teams will compete in the Preliminary Rounds, while the Semi-final Rounds and the Final Round of the Moot Court Competition will be held on November 4. The Air Law Moot Court provides a unique opportunity for students to experience a simulated trial, giving them the opportunity to act on both Applicant and Respondent sides, by preparing written memorials and presenting oral arguments before a panel of esteemed judges, honing their advocacy skills against opposing teams. Furthermore, this competition offers invaluable networking opportunities, allowing team members to expand their global contacts.

We invite interested Universities from different countries to send a team to participate in the competition!
