From 1997 to 2002 she studied at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaly, Kazakhstan).

From 2002 to 2004 she studied at the postgraduate program of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

From 2004 to 2008 she studied at the Academy of Civil Aviation (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

From 2011 to 2013 she studied at the master program of the Academy of Civil Aviation.

From 2018 to the present, she is studying at the doctoral program of the Academy of Civil Aviation.

Passed simulator training in training centers: Transaero, Lufthanza, Turkish Airlines.

She has the Certificate of the Baltic Aviation Academy "Instructor for Theoretical Flight Training".

She has the ICAO Certificate "Leader, Aviation Security".

She has the ICAO Certificate "Head of Aviation Security Service".

She has the ICAO Certificate "Aviation Security Instructor".

She has the ICAO Certificate "Head of Aviation Security".
