Work organization of the production and dispatch service of enterprise

The course includes the study of the requirements of international regulations governing the management of the airport and its major manufacturing processes. Students receive information about different types of bandwidth, get acquainted, how to evaluate and calculate the dynamic throughput capacity of the airport as flight schedule to generate the navigation season on the day, taking into account the declared capacity. Students will also get acquainted with the basic principles of planning and airport management to implement the daily flight plan, will learn the basic requirements of Eurocontrol promising technology for collaborative decision making (CDM-A), and examples of its implementation in the largest airports in Europe. Students also receive basic information about the IATA requirements for the organization of ground handling at airports, the IATA standard agreements for ground handling (SGHA) and quality (SLA) services provided. In addition, students will be given the basic principles of automation of airport industrial activity, as well as the organization of mass events and custom at airports that may be the most important in the preparation of the airports to receive participants of the upcoming World Cup.
For the purposes of writing a course work and prepare for the exam, students must have access to a laptop or desktop PC.
