In 2007 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ammosov Yakutsk State University (now – the North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk) in the specialty "Jurisprudence" with the qualification "Lawyer".
In 2005 – he studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tromsø (Norway), full-time education (University of Tromso, faculty of law).
In 2006 – distance learning at the University of Stanford (USA) under the program IDL103 Security, Civil Liberties, and Terrorism.
In 2011 – completed the training program at the St. Petersburg State University.
From 2007 to 2008 – Assistant of the Civil Law and Procedure Department of the Ammosov Yakut State University.
From 2008 to 2013 – Senior Lecturer, the Civil Law and Procedure Department of the North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk.
Since 2016 to present time – Associate Professor of Civil Law and Procedure of the North-Eastern Federal University in Yakutsk. He teaches Civil Law, Property Right and Contract Law.
In 2005 and in 2006 – scholar of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation.
From 2007 to 2013 – private practice at the law firm (economic disputes).
From 2013 to 2016 – the Head of the Legal Department of Yakutsk Airport.
From 2013 to present time – member of the Examination Committee of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for receiving a qualification examination for the position of judge.
In 2015 – "Lawyer of the Year in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" in the category "Legal support of economy sectors".
Since 2016 to present time – the Director of Legal Affairs of the Yakutsk Airport.
