Current issues of international air law

Increasing the level of professional knowledge of students in the field of legal regulation of relations arising in the use of airspace and civil aviation. In the learning process, the current legal regulation is considered and analyzed both at the international level and at the level of sectoral national legislations of Sovereign States. The current forms of international cooperation in aviation, the international legal regime of airspace are considered. The theoretical material is combined with consideration of practical cases related to political and economic restrictive measures issued by foreign States that have a negative impact on flight safety. It provides an overview of the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Program and issues of Significant Safety Concern.
