From 2013 to 2014 – LL.M. student in Insurance Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law (Hartford, Connecticut, USA).
From 2020 to 2022 – got the degree of Translator in the Professional Communication (English-Russian) at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
From 2020 to 2021 – completed training in the specialty Mediator at the course at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia.
In 2021, completed a degree in International Arbitration (MCiarb) at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
Daria Zhdan-Pushkina is the head of the law firm Zhdan-Pushkina Law Office and is the Executive Director at the Solis Mediation Center.
Daria works with legal issues in trade, transport (sea and aviation), insurance, real estate, construction, and telecommunications. Over the past ten years, Daria has specialized in cooperation issues arising between Russian and foreign organizations, and in the resolution of disputes out of court: in arbitration (commercial arbitration) or through mediation.
Daria is appointed as an arbitrator and a mediator in commercial disputes.
Daria is a member of the following organizations: London Maritime Arbitrators Association, German Maritime Arbitration Association, Japan Commercial Arbitration Association, Young International Arbitration Group; included in the list of reporters of the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, in the list of members of the Maritime Law Association (Russia), recommended by the Russian Arbitration Center as a specialist in resolving international commercial disputes, transport and insurance disputes and as a mediator.
In 2007, Daria participated in the preparation of a national research project for the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Daria is the author of over 30 scientific publications on insurance, transport law, arbitration, and mediation.
She took part as a speaker at the 8th Air Law Conference (October 26, 2018, Pavlovsk, St. Petersburg).
