On the compliance of Air law by private pilots

On July 16, 2015 in the office of the Institute of Air and Space Law AEROHELP director of the Institute Oleg Aksamentov gave an interview for the TV channel on the use of airspace for general aviation operators.
The questions concerned the order of admission to the operation of the aircraft, the order of receipt of a pilot license, structures and classes of airspace and other relevant issues.
The reason for the interview was the accident with the use of ultralight aircraft in the result of witch was killed the pilot, as in interviews periodically mentioned.
